Return or Exchange It is possible for you to exchange an item in-store. Please bring your item (in unworn condition) with packaging & receipt within 28 days for exchange. If you would like to return an item purchased online you must inform us within 7 days of receipt (by phone or email). You can bring the item (in unworn condition) with the packaging & receipt to the store or post to the address below. We recommend you use a recorded delivery service for your own protection. We cannot accept responsibility for postage fees or for any items damaged, lost or stolen in transit - so please take care and package the items safely.
