Orders & Delivery

Many of our silver pieces are now available to buy online by simply using the button below your chosen item. Higher value items and special orders can be ordered in-store or over the phone.

When you purchase items from the J&C Martin online shop there are two delivery options:

1. UK Delivery (2-5 working days) - Free
2. (Outside UK) Worldwide Delivery (up to 7 working days) - £9.95 per order

We only post orders up to a total value of £500 - higher value items must be collected in store.

All other items can be ordered instore or by phone. Delivery times for these items may be longer - up to 15 working days. If you would like to place an order by phone simply call us on 0207 491 7040. We will take your order, give you a delivery date and process your payment securely over the phone.

Return or Exchange

It is possible for you to exchange an item in-store. Please bring your item (in unworn condition) with packaging & receipt within 28 days for exchange.

If you would like to return an item purchased online you must inform us within 7 days of receipt (by phone or email). You can bring the item (in unworn condition) with the packaging & receipt to the store or post to the address below. We recommend you use a recorded delivery service for your own protection. We cannot accept responsibility for postage fees or for any items damaged, lost or stolen in transit - so please take care and package the items safely.
